We prefer to ship with UPS when available, but on occasion use USPS and DHL.

Orders are normally sent out within two weekdays days following an order. 

Exceptions may occur, but please contact us with any concerns.

Insurance and speed depends on your choice at checkout. Note that packages lost during transit, if an uninsured shipment option was selected, will not be refunded. In case of lost, or delayed, shipment, we defer to the shipper's policies as to waiting or refunding.
